WMR To Launch New Web Site
We have commissioned IPJnet Web Developments to develop a new dedicated web site for Woodseaves Miniature Railway. We are in the process of collecting the necessary content and once passed to IPJnet Web Developments the web site can be completed. We hope to have it online by Christmas 2010 but it all depends on how quickly we can get the right information to the developer.

WMR Acquires New Steam Engine
Built in 1994 the design is known as a 'Romulus'. The wheel arrangement is 0-4-0 (which means no leading wheels, four drivers and no trailing wheels).
The previous owner from Cheshire had it named 'Muttley Two' but kept the nameplates on delivery in memory of his beloved dog. In tradition with naming steam engines, it is renamed after the wife and now carries the nameplates 'Jean'.
